It will have a built up area of 1.60 million sq. ft. and is expected to be ready for occupation by July 2008. Bookings for rentals will be open from March 2006.”
The proposed SEZ-IT park site is three km away from Delhi Badarpur Border on National Highway 2. The government has also cleared the 2.5 km long elevated expressway over the border whose construction is slated to begin in next 30-60 days. The expressway is expected to further improve connectivity.
The HTP will be US Green Building Council “LEED” certified Platinum rated 'Green Building'.
