The growth of Delhi into the NCR saw nearby areas like Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad really come up. Faridabad however, lagged behind due to poor infrastructure and neglect of basic development work.
However, recently, there has been a change with the state government showing keen interest in building up infrastructure and residential and commercial projects. Private players are also looking with interest at this area and amongst them is the Triveni group.
Triveni group is a multi-faceted conglomerate with interests in diverse sectors like automobiles, entertainment, finance, media and real estate. Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd., the group’s flag-bearer in the real estate and entertainment sectors, is creating innovative projects with a view to redefine industry standards as well as to take people’s aspirations to greater heights.
Triveni is continuously creating infrastructure and environment that exceeds imagination, not just to turn customers’ dreams into reality, but to enable them to dream much bigger. This commitment has helped the group’s revenues to grow from Rs 200 crores to Rs 3000 crores in a mere 4 years and to have over 10,000 satisfied customers.
An ISO 9001:2000 company in existence since 1985, Triveni’s projects include group housing projects, hotels, commercial spaces, townships and shopping malls. The company’s completed projects include Triveni Paradise, Triveni Castle, Triveni Gymkhana, Triveni Orchid Tower and T3 Mall at Agra and Triveni Rangoli at Sikandra.
Ongoing projects include Triveni Krishna Vatika at Vrindavan; Triveni Signature and Galaxy at Faridabad ; Triveni Heights at Ghaziabad and Triveni City at Agra. Forthcoming projects include deluxe apartments at Rewari; condominiums at Gurgaon; integrated township at Noida; IT Park at Greater Noida and 5 star hotel in central Delhi.
Says Sumit Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director, Triveni group, “Triveni Group has concentrated its energy and attention in real estate development especially in Delhi and NCR due to many opportunities offered by the 2010 Commonwealth Games. The group also has ambitious plans to extend its area of operations to other states like Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh in the time to come.”
Triveni’s forthcoming Galaxy and Signature projects at Sector 78 and 89, respectively, at Faridabad, promise to be one of the biggest and strategically located developments in NCR. This would be the largest residential agglomeration in the NCR spread over an area of more than 100 acres offering over 10 000 ultra-luxurious 2/3/4 bedroom apartments, serving a perfect blend of elegance, comfort and lavish lifestyle.
According to Madhur Mittal, Joint Managing Director, Triveni Group, “Why Triveni is focusing on Faridabad is due to certain reasons. Faridabad enjoys the best connectivity in comparison to all other Delhi suburbs. It has speedy access via NH-2 ; proposed Metro rail and upcoming FNG (Faridabad Noida Ghaziabad) Expressway. Faridabad is also the most affordable amongst all other suburbs at Rs 1800 per sq ft as compared to Rs 3200 per sq ft in Ghaziabad, Rs 5500 per sq ft in Gurgaon, Rs 4800 per sq ft in Noida and Rs 3600 per sq ft in Greater Noida. Our projects are best priced, well located, luxurious and offer value for money. Fully licensed and being planned on a grand scale, these projects would give the best of facilities to stakeholders”.
Triveni Signature and Galaxy would be complete townships with their own malls, schools and other facilities . There would be areas in the projects for economically weaker sections too where the rate would be quite less. According to Pramod Babber, Head Sales, Triveni Infrastructure, “The USP of our projects is their affordability. At Rs 1800 per sq ft, these projects are affordable to all sections, including Government employees. Once the FNG Expressway is ready, these projects would be just 15 minutes from Delhi and 10 minutes from Noida. Due to their prime location, rates in the projects are bound to rise, assuring good returns to investors”.
What makes Triveni Galaxy and Signature stand out is the lavish green surroundings they are set in which is about 85% of the total area. These surroundings have been created by internationally renowned landscaping experts. According to GP Singh, GM, Projects, Triveni Infrastructure, “The Vaastu-friendly earthquake resistant projects have been designed and developed by architects from Singapore. They include the best of lifestyle elements like mini golf course, swimming pool, executive club, health studio , gym, multiplex, etc. The airconditioned apartments offer the best of fittings and finishing like wooden flooring, modular kitchen, etc. Affiliated school in the township meets the educational needs of the residents. All these features will really enhance the lifestyle of the occupants”.
In conclusion, says Gaurav Garg, Head- Corporate Communication, Brand and Events, Triveni Infrastructure, “The change in Faridabad’s profile came with the coming of premium builders like Omaxe, BPTP, DLF, Ansals and Triveni into the area. Of these, Triveni group took the lead by marketing Faridabad as the city of the future. This concept has now been endorsed by the state government and HUDA. This shows Triveni group’s commitment to the development of Faridabad and the area around it.”
